Refund Policy

1. Refund requests will only be accepted in writing and must be received no later than 30 days prior to the start of the session.
2. Refunds will be granted as follows: a. 100% refund if the request is submitted 30 or more days prior to the start of the session. b. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted less than 30 days prior to the start of the session, unless a medical emergency occurs and is documented with a doctor’s note.
3. In the event of a documented medical emergency, a 100% refund will be granted upon receipt of a doctor’s note.
4. Refunds will be processed within 45 days of the receipt of the written request.
5. All refund requests must be sent to [insert contact information].
6. Camp Velo reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
7. By registering with Camp Velo, participants agree to abide by this refund policy.
