We understand that your satisfaction is paramount, and we have designed our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy to ensure that your investment in your child's summer camp experience is worry-free.

Satisfaction Assurance: We guarantee that your child will have a positive and rewarding experience at Camp Velo. If, for any reason, you or your child are not completely satisfied after the first three days of the camp session, we will refund the remaining days' fees.
Flexible Refund Options: If you decide to withdraw your child from the camp for any reason after the first three days, we will provide a prorated refund for the remaining days. This ensures that you only pay for the services you use and allows you the flexibility to make adjustments based on your child's needs.

Open Communication: We encourage open communication between parents, campers, and camp staff. If there are any concerns or issues, please reach out to our dedicated customer service team. We are here to address any challenges promptly and find solutions to ensure your child's satisfaction.

Quality Programming Commitment: We are committed to maintaining high-quality programming, engaging activities, and a safe environment for all campers. If at any point during the camp session you feel that the program does not meet your expectations, please let us know, and we will take immediate steps to address and rectify the situation.

No Hidden Fees: Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees. The $625 weekly fee covers all camp-related activities and materials. We believe in providing a comprehensive and all-inclusive experience for your child without any unexpected costs.

Satisfaction Survey: To continually improve our services, we will provide a satisfaction survey at the end of each camp session. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will use it to enhance our programs for future sessions.
